In-Touch Survey reports are simple and easy to use. A clean and logical interface is easily navigated using a combination of tab-based menus, and a left hand expanding navigation bar for selectable options to configure your own unique views. While the interface is intuitive, for those with questions, an on-line help is always available, showing you answers to Frequently Asked Questions, a product walk-through, and many helpful hints.

Interactive Reports So You Can Learn and Explore »
Data is summarized in easy-to-understand reports which can be viewed by Year, Quarter, Month, Week or Day. Each question shows the number of respondents for each answer and the percentage represented by each - both numerically and graphically.
Reporting levels can be pre-determined, so with a quick drill-down, results among different groups (i.e. Company, Zone, Region) can be shown side-by-side. Any level of reporting can be compared to other levels in an easy-to-interpret comparison report.

Filtering Results »
Create an entirely new view of your data by filtering on any answer to any question. In this example, by filtering on Neutral, you will see responses for all questions only from those who answered Neutral to this particular question. This allows you to quickly compare responses among groups with different attitudes or from different backgrounds, languages, age groups, or job positions.

Scorecards »
Scorecards are a quick way to view and compare survey results. Answers to each question are scored based on a weighting of responses. For example, the more respondents who answer "very satisfied" to a particular question, the higher the score will be. These scores can be used for comparative analysis by store, region, department, and to track trends over time.

Scores can also be shown on the scorecard as "change over prior period." By selecting this option, the scorecard will clearly show positive and negative improvements, based on the selected time periods.

Comments »
The comments tab allows users to browse open-ended question responses. Comments can be viewed based on the drill-down hierarchy, by filtered results or you may choose to see the entire list.

Choose to Save, Print, Email or download your reports to Microsoft Excel. Downloading to Microsoft Excel will allow you to do further analysis based on your own particular needs, such as creating charts, graphs, and adding them to presentations.
