In-Touch Survey Systems Inc. has been a leader in survey innovation since 1992. Always focused on technology-based survey data collection, in our first year of business we introduced the first electronic kiosk dedicated to measuring customer satisfaction.

We have since expanded our line of survey tools to include the hand-held e-Clipboard family, the Site Survey web-based solution, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Most recently, in 2003, we continued to demonstrate leadership as a technology innovator by introducing the first Wi-Fi enabled electronic survey clipboard, followed by the introduction of a wireless digital kiosk (the Smart Survey Kiosk) in 2004.

Our technology-based survey solutions, logistical support services and integrated survey reporting enable companies to improve their business performance by capturing, analyzing, reporting and acting on customer and employee feedback.
