In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. announces executive promotions and the new position of Vice President Client Services

OTTAWA, April 18, 2008 /CNW Telbec/ - In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. ("In-Touch" TSX-Venture: INX) announces that Lynda Partner, Vice President Sales and Marketing, has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, Michael Kahn, Director Product Development to Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and Pavla Selepova has been hired into the new position of Vice President Client Services.

"These senior appointments will assure the company continues on a path of rapid growth under highly effective operational management. Lynda's track record speaks for itself as she has guided the tripling of our revenue growth over the past three years. Michael has successfully revamped our software platform to provide our customers with a powerful and unique data collection, reporting and research platform. We created the new position of Vice President Client Services to fill the burgeoning requirement to manage the increasingly powerful and complex set of products and services we supply to our customers", said Michael Gaffney Chief Executive Officer.

"The promotion of Lynda and the hiring of Pavla into this new position will allow me to focus more on our acquisitions, and work with Michael on our product development strategy. Similar to our announcement yesterday of the acquisition of MarketLine Research in Minneapolis we are actively searching for other accretive and strategic acquisitions", said Gaffney.

Partner was founder and chief executive officer of Got Corp, an Internet marketing firm she operated for six years. Prior to that, she ran and then sold Caravelle Inc., a network management software company. Kahn was Director of Technology for Yorkville University, a private, online, degree-granting university based out of Fredericton, New Brunswick. He has performed lead software and systems engineering roles for technology-based companies since 1993.

Selepova was founder and principal of the marketing analytics firm MiroMetrica. Prior to founding MiroMetrica, Selepova ran Bell Canada's market research department, delivering research, polling and predictive modeling services.
